After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the revision petition as also the application for condonation of delay. He, however, requests that since this is a very old matter and disposal of the complaint before the District Forum may be time bound. In view of the above, we dismiss the revision petition as withdrawn and direct the District Forum, Gurgaon to hear the arguments on 10.11.2014, the date on which the matter has been listed for final argument and try to dispose of the matter within three months.
