Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2-8 is present. Both parties submits that substitution petition dated 12/03/2023 which registered as M.A. case no. 30/2023 dated 12/04/2023 is pending since long.

Accordingly said petition is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides. No objection raised. Consider the entire matter we think that the petition should be allowed.

Accordingly the petition dated 12/03/2023 which registered as M.A. 30/2023 regarding substitution in respect of deceased O.P No. 1 and 17 is allowed. Legal Heirs of deceased O.P No. 1 and 17 be substituted.

Complainant already filed amended form of petition of complaint. Copy served. Same is accepted and kept with the record.

To 22/02/2024 for taking steps upon the legal heirs of O.P No. 1 and 17 by the Complainant.

M.A. 30/2023 is thus disposed of.
