ORDER IA 3256 of 2022 (settlement) This Application has been filed on behalf of the Appellants seeking change in the name of the Appellant No.1. Not opposed. Since the amendment is of technical nature, the Application is allowed. Amended memo of parties has been filed which is taken on record. The same be placed along with original memo of parties. Parties state that the matter stands settled between the parties. -3- Proxy Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents/Complainants submits on instructions that the Complainant has received the entire settled amount and TDS has also been deducted from that amount. She requests that the Appellant be directed to supply to the Complainants the TDS Certificate. Learned Counsel for the Appellants undertakes to supply the TDS Certificate as soon as it is available. Learned Counsel for the Appellants also seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal in view of the settlement. The Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The amount ordered to be deposited by the Appellants in terms of the order dated 25.01.2019, on request and in view of no objection, may be returned to the Appellant along with interest, if any, accrued thereon.
