Ld. Advocates for Revisionist and Respondent No. 1 are present.  The I.A. bearing No. 665/2018 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Revisionist has prayed for amendment of the name and address of the Proforma Respondent in the cause title of the Revision Petition.  It appears that the amendment sought for will not change the nature and character of the Revision Petition.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the I.A.  Let the name and address of the Proforma Respondent be amended in the cause title of the Revision Petition as per schedule given in the I.A.  Bench Clerk is directed to do the needful.  The Revisionist is directed to file amended version of the Revision Petition on the next occasion.  The Revisionist is also given liberty to serve notice along with a copy of the amended version of the Revision Petition upon the Proforma Respondent at the amended address by Speed Post with A/D.  The I.A. is thus disposed of.

Fix 14.9.2018 for filing amended version of the Revision Petition and also affidavit of service in respect of Proforma Respondent.  Interim order of stay already passed will continue till the next date.
