He files written statement within limitation period with extra copy. Copy be given to complainant as and when he would appear and he would file rejoinder. None for OP2, although OP2 filed written statement but without any application seeking condonation of delay and it was observed on the last date of hearing that opportunity would be given to complainant to file rejoinder to the written statement of OP2, if written statement is ordered to be taken on record.

Since none is present for OP2 today & OP2 has not filed any application seeking condonation of delay. Therefore written statement as filed by OP2 is taken off the record. Complainant also filed one application CC No. 340/2022 through E-dakhil which is consolidated with this file and henceforth CC No. 56/2022 would be the main file.

Put up for rejoinder to the written statement of OP1 and CE on 20.12.2023.
