Order below section 36(2) of Consumer Protection Act 2019

Heard Complainant in person. Perused Complaint filed by the complainant and document annexed along with complaint at the stage of admission of complaint below section 36(2) of CPAct 2019.

According to the complainant cause of action aroused 25/03/2022 as per RTI application dated 25/03/2022 which is seems till pending.

It is noted that complainant & all opposite parties resides within territorial jurisdiction of this commission hence this commission possess territorial and in view of prayers of complainant also in pecuniary jurisdiction

We perused averment of the complainant in complaint that, opposite parties of BMC representing B P.City may be immediately directed to issue true copies of BCC issued to any or other adjoining plots to FP 888 TPSiv eebp/2531 is pending before opposite parties.  Such nature of grievance does not come within ambit of CP Act 2019 allegations of complainant made in complaint case seems pre matured.  Hence we pass order as follows:-

1. CC N.22/226  is hereby rejected against opposite parties below section 36(2) of Consumer Protection Act 2019
