CC No.280 of 2018.

Pardeep Kamboj vs. UHBVNL.

 

Present:    Sh.Harinder Singh, Adv. for complainant.

                 Sh.Balinder Singh, Adv. for respondents.

                               

             Counsel for complainant suffered separate statement, according to which UHBVNL issued a letter dated 11.3.2019 which is marked as Ex.M-1 and taking the letter into account, the SDO concerned assured the complainant to release electricity connection pertaining to his tube well and he (counsel) has been instructed to withdraw the present complaint with the condition in case on the basis of said letter Ex.M-1, grievance of the complainant is not redressed, then, complainant be granted leave to file a fresh complaint.

                In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. In case grievance of the complainant is not redressed by the SDO concerned, taking into account Ex.M-a, then, the complainant shall be at liberty to file fresh complaint. Complainant will disclose the particulars and fate of this complaint.  File be consigned to the records.
