 Sh.Raj Kumar UDC (Revenue) with Sh.Sushil Garg, Adv. for respondents.

                               

                  From the office of SDO respondent No.1 with Sh.Sushil Garg, Advocate Sh.Raj Kumar UDC ( R) suffered statement, according to which the complainant adjusted an amount of Rs.39097/- in the account of the complainant who has been authorized to suffer statement before this Forum on the basis of document Ex. R.2.  On the other hand, the complainant also suffered statement and in view of his statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs as at present no cause of action survives in favour of the complainant.  File be consigned to the records.
