ORDER

Revision petition of the petitioner was dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/- vide order dated 17.11.2011 with direction to deposit the costs by way of a cross cheque in the name of “Consumer Legal Aid Account within four weeks and in case, petitioner fails to deposit within the prescribed period, he was liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a.           As per office report, the petitioner has not deposited the cost within the prescribed period.   However, the same has been deposited on 28.02.2012. Since, the costs have been deposited, no further order is required to be passed. File be consigned to the record room.
