21.7.2010 Present: Sh Mangat Rai, complainant in person

                                    Sh.S.K.Dhir,Adv.counsel for the Ops.

                                      Sh.Surjit Singh SDO of Dharamkot Sub Division has made a statement on 16.7.2010 that the Ops-Board has given refund of Rs. 463/- to the complainant vide sundry on 12.7.2010 as per the claim of the complainant. Photocopy of the letter is also available as the fild on 14.7.2010. Therefore the present complaint has become infruictuous. Today, the complainant has also made a statemnt that in view of the statement of Sh. Surjit Singh SDO of Dharamkot Sub Divisikon, his complaint may be disposed of accordingly, In view of the statements recorded today of the complainant as well as the statement of Sh.Surjit Singh SDO the presesnt complint is dismissed  as withdrawn, No order as to cots, Fild be consigned to record room.
