Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Gagan Chugh, counsel for the complainant.

        Sh. Yogesh Kumar, LDC Clerk alongwith Sh. Rajiv Sharm, counsel for the OP.

      

         Today the case is fixed for compromise, if any for filing the written version.

                OP has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. As per compromised, OP has restored the electricity connection in the premises of the complainant and further OP will not disconnect the connection of the complainant in without any default.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered separate his statement to the effect that the in view of the above statement, he withdrawal the present complaint being compromised.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
