That the consumer complainat No.12/2007 is allowed on contest with cost of Rs.500/- assessed by the Ld.Forum. The O.P BSNL is hereby directed to take the telephone receiver within 15.03.2008.The outstanding dues ofRs.2,651/- demanded by OP BSNL is not justified.So the complainant is not entitled to pay the said outstanding dues.The complainant is hereby directed to pay only rental fees of Rs.76/- for 19days only(i.e for the period from 01.08.2006 to 19.08.2006) within 31.03.2008;if not paid within the prescribed period of time the said amount shall bear interest @8%P.A till payment. OP BSNL is further directed not to issue any further bill after pronouncement of this order in respect of this telephone. OP BSNL is further directed to refund the security money of Rs.500/- to the complainant within 31.03.2008.If not paid within the prescribed period of time the said amount shall bear interest @8% P.A till payment. The case could not be disposed of within the specified period of time as the Ld.Advocate took several adjournments time to time.
