Today is fixed for further admission hearing. 

This case is taken up for consideration initially at 12.05 p.m and thereafter at 1.25 p.m.  At the above noted time the complainant is found absent.  Nobody appears from the complainant.  The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this district commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-prosecution.

That this complaint case being no.71/2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. 

No order is passed as to cost.
