Final Order / Judgement

Record is placed before the Upabhokta Lok Adalat as per order dated 18.07.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Ld. Advocates for  the complainant is present with his client.  Representative of the OP is also present. .

Heard both the sides as to settlement of the matter.

Representative of the OP Bank has given proposal   that the matter may be settled of Rs.  50,000/- if agreed by the complainant. In that case,  The OP Bank will issue a letter of settlement addressed to the complainant.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that the complainant is agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 50,000/- for settlement the matter through  the Lok Adalat.

Having heard the parties are present, the OPs are directed  to  issue a letter of  settlement    within  07 days  from the date of passing the order.

Complainant is directed to pay Rs. 50,000/- to the OP in one time after receiving the settlement letter within 01 month from that day.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 240/2022 is settled and disposed of finally though the Upabhokta Lok Adalat.

In default of such payment the OPs are at liberty to put the matter  into execution as per law.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
