We are happy to note that during the course of hearing, the parties to this Revision Petition have amicably settled the dispute, subject matter of the Complaint.  As per the said settlement, on

Petitioner’s paying to the Complainant a lump sum amount of ₹50,000/- in addition to the amount, which has already been received by the Complainant, all the allegations levelled by the Complainant in the Complaint, giving rise to the present Revision Petition, shall stand withdrawn.

               In view of the above, we dispose of the Revision Petition with the direction that the Petitioner shall pay to the Complainant the afore-said amount within two weeks from today and on receipt of the said amount, the Complaint, giving rise to the present Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
