Ms. Usha K. Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that subject matter of the present revision petition has been amicably settled between the parties as in terms of the direction given by the State Commission, the petitioner has replaced the vehicle of the complainant with a new vehicle. 

          In view of this, the revision petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. 

          Ms. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner in the District Forum pursuant to the direction of this Commission, may be ordered to be refunded to the petitioner in the above circumstances.

          We grant the prayer that the amount, if deposited, shall be refunded to the petitioner.
