                   Judgment Debtors-opposite parties already ex-parte.

                   As per order dated 03.04.2023 contained in letter No.644, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

                   Again, none has put in appearance on behalf of Decree Holder-complainant. It is the 9^th occasion when nobody is here to represent the Decree Holder-complainant. Perhaps, there is no need left with Decree Holder-complainant to continue with the present execution application. Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Waited sufficiently. It is already 1:30 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present execution application stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
