          Complainant appeared and heard.  On perusal of pleadings in the complaint, it is realized that 1^st OP has given the matter to other OPs for collecting Road tax arrears of the complainant’s vehicle and has initiated revenue recovery proceedings against complainant for the recovery of Road Tax arrears as per law.  Since there is no question of deficiency in service on the part of OPs, this complaint is not maintainable as per Consumer Protection Act.  In the result complaint is dismissed as it is not maintainable.
