Present:     Shri Sanjiv Kamboj, counsel for complainant.

 

                   Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OP. At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
