                  Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP.

                 Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
