This revision petition was dismissed on 02.11.2011 and thereafter on 10.02.2012 the application for restoration of the revision petition was also dismissed in default of the applicant/petitioner. This application has also been filed for the same purpose, namely, restoration. However, once again, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner though his acknowledgement of the notice issued for today hearing has been received. The miscellaneous application seeking restoration of the revision petition is once again dismissed for non-appearance/ default. It would have been appropriate to impose exemplary cost in this case. However, considering the background of the matter, we refrain from doing so.
