PER  S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   Mr. Satish Sharma, Decree Holder-complainant has appeared in person and suffered a statement that he has received an amount of Rs.20,50,000/- through RTGS BKIDR52023071000464815 dated 10.07.2023 from Judgment Debtors-opposite parties as per full and final settlement.  Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In view of the statement suffered by Mr. Satish Sharma, Decree Holder-complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
