2.      M/s Royal Minar a Unit of M/s Royal Empire, having registered office at House No.909, Sector-9, Panchkula, through its Managing Director.

                    File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                On 23^rd August, 2023 Dr. S.B. Singh, Decree Holder-complainant has appeared in person along with Mr. R.C. Gupta, counsel for Decree Holder-complainant was appeared in person and suffered a statement that he does not wants to pursue further with the present execution application at this stage in view of the payment of principal amount received from the Judgment Debtors-opposite parties. Accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the present execution application. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement suffered by Dr. S.B. Singh, Decree Holder-complainant, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

4.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
