Record is placed before the Ld. Lok Adalat as per order dated 14.09.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Ld. Advocates for both the parties are present and they submit that matter in dispute has been settled in between the parties.

It appears that the complainants have claimed a total sum of Rs.17,10,316/- which includes repair works, property tax, damage to the flat, maintenance charge, compensation and litigation cost.

It reveals that a petition has been filed by the complainants on 04.09.2023 stating therein that the matter in dispute between the parties has been settled with the prayer for disposal of the Consumer Complaint.  Copy has been shown to the Ld. Advocate for the OP.  No objection is raised.

Perused the petition.  Heard both the sides on the petition.

Considering the facts shown afore, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 25/2023 is settled and disposed of finally though the Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
