ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant stated that the matter had been settled between the parties and they wish to withdraw the appeal in question, as stated in IA No.9180 of 2018.

          In view of the position explained, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount deposited with the State Commission, in terms of order dated 11-07-2017, is ordered to be disbursed to the appellant. The statutory amount deposited at the time of filing the appeal is also ordered to be returned to the appellant. Both these amounts shall be returned with interest accrued, if any.
