1.       This appeal (execution) has been filed under Section 73 of the Act 2019 in challenge to the Order dated 20.05.2021 of the State Commission in miscellaneous application no. 807 of 2020 in execution application no. 278 of 2018.

2.       During the course of arguments on merits / maintainability, learned counsel for the appellant requests for a brief interlude to seek instructions.

After an interlude, learned counsel submits on instructions that the appellant wishes to unconditionally withdraw its appeal (execution).

3.       In the wake of the above submission, made on instructions, the instant appeal (execution) no. 47 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the appeal (execution) and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
