Mr. Rahul Malhotra, counsel for the petitioner, under instructions of the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present petition but prays that the order rendered by the State Commission may be treated as having been passed in peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case and may not be treated as a precedent for future. He further submitted that the status of the respondent has been updated in the CIBIL record as ost Write-off Settlementwhich is clear from the report dated 29.07.2010 and 25.04.2012, therefore, order of the Fora below with regard to cleansing of the complainant name from the CIBIL defaulters list, has since been complied with. We dismiss the revision petition as withdrawn with the observations as above.
