Ms. Kanika Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in deference to the suggestion made by the Bench on the last date of hearing, she has been instructed not to press the present Petition.  Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

        The amount due to the Complainant in terms of the order passed by the Fora below shall be remitted directly to him within six weeks from today.  It is pointed out that some amount has already been deposited by the Petitioner Insurance Company in this Commission.  If that be so, let the said amount be released to the Complainant forthwith.  While remitting the amount in terms of the orders passed by the Fora below, the Petitioner shall be entitled to account for the same.
