This matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

            Learned counsel for the appellant is present.

            Mr. B.K.Sinha, Advocate appears for the respondent.

             Both the parties have filed  the  joint compromise petition to dispose of the matter in National Lok Adalat.

             In view of joint memo   and the compromise petition, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.
