Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Appellant would be satisfied if they are granted an opportunity to file objections, if considered necessary, to the report to be submitted by the Board of Experts in terms of the order impugned in this Revision Petition.  In view of the submission, we dispose of the Appeal with the observation that if on receipt of the report, the Appellant seeks an

opportunity to file objections to the said report, they shall be permitted  to do so, within a specified time, to be fixed by the State Commission, and the same shall be taken into consideration in accordance with law.

        The Appeal stands disposed of in the above terms.
