2.                Mr. Hemant Saini, learned counsel for the appellants has suffered a statement that the complainants have withdrawn their execution petition pursuant to full and final settlement of all their grievances, as a consequence whereof the execution petition before this DCDRC, FBD, was dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied; vide order dated 03.07.2023. In view thereof, the present appeal may be disposed of as having become infructuous. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Hemant Saini, learned counsel for the appellants, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being in-fructuous.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
