Appellant and respondent have filed an application for taking on the present matter on today’s board. Advocate Shri Aade and advocate Mr.Joharapurkar have appeared for appellant and have submitted that both the appellant and respondent have arrived at settlement and placed on record one compromise pursis duly signed by the appellant and by attorney holder of the respondent. Appellant has also sought permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/-. Advocate for both sides are also present. Application alongiwith compromise petition are taken on record and appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis placed on record. Pursis is read and recorded. Appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount as prayed.
