    Complainant is not present. No proof affidavit filed. The case of the complainant is that the vehicle/motorcycle started rusting after a month of purchase. No commission is seen taken out to prove manufacturing defect as alleged. Complainant has not even filed proof affidavit despite posting given for adducing evidence for the last 8 postings. Complainant seems not interested to proceed with the matter. In the circumstance, complaint dismissed, however, without costs.
