The case is advanced to day on te strength of advavee petition filed by complainant himself identified by his Advocate. The complainant files a petition to withdraw the case as he does not want to proceed with the case being identified by his Advocate along with a xerox copy of Voter I D copy of both petition served on along OPs. On being asked the complainant stated that his demarcation of his land has been done and does not want to proceed with this case. Hence on the above submission of the complainant the case is withdrawn.
