Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 26.11.2020. Complainant is not appearing since 03.08.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 03.08.2023 last opportunity was given to complainant to file Rejoinder. However complainant has taken no steps. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
