Final Order
The complainants file a show cause. But at the time of hearing of the case the Ld. Advocate for the complainant has not pressed the said show cause. Hence, the said show cause is rejected as per endorsement of Ld. Advocate being ‘not pressed’.
The complainants did not file any further show cause today in compliance with the previous order dated 11.04.2018. Ld. Advocate for the complainants submits that the complainants in person are absent. So, they are not able to furnish any show cause. The complainants do not appear after admission of the instant case. Even today the complainants did not file any show cause satisfactorily.

The prayer of relief did not show in the complaint. The affidavit of the complainants along with complaint does not bear any signature of the complainants.
Under the above facts and circumstances, we are in view that the complainants do not like to proceed the case. So, the case deserves an order of dismissal.
Hence,
it is ordered,
that the C. C. No. 557/2017 is hereby dismissed for default.
Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
