. The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from her side. The notice was sent to the opposite party and returned on 30.12.2019. The complainant has not furnished the correct address of the opposite party so far. Hence, the commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. The Notice was sent to the complainant on 28-02 -23 and is seen served on 02.03.2023 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.
Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
