Present:-    Mr. Sikander Bakshi, counsel for appellant.

                   Mrs. Renu, respondent-complainant in person.

 

                   File taken up today on the application which has been filed today in the court itself.  Through this M.A. prayer has been sought for preponement of date of hearing of appeal from 08.01.2025 as well as seeking permission for withdrawal of the complaint No.94 of 2016 and forgo the award dated 19.01.2017 passed by learned District Consumer Forum, Narnaul.

                   Heard. Application stands allowed and date of hearing is hereby proponed from 08.01.2025 to today.

                  Mrs. Renu, complainant/respondent has appeared in person and suffered following statement:-

“State that I wish to withdraw the complainant No.94 of 2016 and forgo the award dated 19.01.2017 passed by learned District Consumer Forum, Narnaul”.

                   Mr. Sikander Bakshi, counsel for appellant has also suffered following statement:-

“State that as per statement suffered by Mrs. Renu-complainant-respondent, I have no objection and I may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal”.

2.                In view of statement suffered by learned counsel for appellant, present appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.

3.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

4.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt, identification and as per rules.

5.                File be consigned to record room.
