The complainant is continuously absent since 20-10-2021. Hence, the commission issued notice on 18.01.2023 to the complainant for appearance and to adduce evidence if any. The notice sent to the complainant seen served on 10/01/2023 as per the proof of the Postal Department.
The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.
