Complainant is absent without step.

The case was posted today for passing necessary order today. From perusal of record it seems that the complaint was filed by an advocate, who himself is the complainant in the instant case. But unfortunately the is not appearing before the Commission and no step on his behalf has been taken since June, 2021 till this date more than 2 years, which signifies the unwillingness of the complainant in further proceeding of the case. Under the circumstances to avoid unnecessary waste of time, labour and public money the case is dismissed for default of complainant.

CASE DISMISSED.
