ORDER

                   Sh. Nitin Bhasin, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: - 

                   “Due to technical defect, I withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
