Present:  Shri Mandeep Singh Rai, counsel for the DH.

                                                         

          File taken up on an application moved by the DH for withdrawing the execution application on the ground that the JD has complied the order under execution.

                Learned counsel for the DH has also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the JD has made the payment of awarded amount and also continued the insurance policy of the DH and nothing is due to be complied. Hence, the DH does not want to pursue with the present execution application and he withdraws the same. Being fully satisfied.

          

                 Keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the DH, present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
