ORDER

                    The counsel for the Ops No.1&3 has stated that the decree has already been satisfied. In this view of the matter, the counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the execution application that she withdraws the same.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
