Heard ld. lawyer of complainant in full. We have gone through the entire materials on record and we find that the bill issued by Reliance Telecom Ltd. is in the name of one Smita Chiranewala. But the instant case has been filed by Ashish Chiranewala. So, we find that complainant has no locus standi to file the instant case. In view of the above position, instant complaint is rejected.
