He submits that amount of Rs.34,761.80/- has already been sent to the complainant/DH. DH is not present. On telephonic conversation made by this commission on phone no. 9953208455 as per provided by the Counsel for JD, DH has confirmed of receiving the amount as full & final settlement and wants to withdraw the complaint.

Matter is disposed off as settled.

Copy of this order be supplied/sent to both the parties free of cost as per rules.
