            The complainant in this case  last appeared on  19.02.2020.  Thereafter there was outbreak of corona. The complainant was  absent on 05.10.2020, 21.12.2020, 02.03.2021, 30.09.2021, 11.1.2022 and 10.03.2022. Today again no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  Upon admission of the complaint, the OP is still to be served by the complainant.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint  is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
