          Heard learned Counsel for the appellant Sri B K Upadhyaya and learned Counsel for the respondent Sri Mahendra Kumar Mishra.

          Learned Counsel representing the respondent Insurance Company has placed a copy of the compromise petition which has been duly signed by both the Counsel. Learned Counsel for the respondent Insurance Company has also handed over a Cheque No. 633638 dated 31-03-2021 of HDFC Bank, Manekji Wadia Bldg., Ground Floor, Nanik Motwani Marg, Fort, Mumbai-400001 for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- which has been accepted by the learned Counsel representing the appellant.

          Learned Counsel for the respondent has also placed a photostat copy of the aforesaid cheque which will be kept with the record of the case. Letter of Compromise be also taken on record.

          The appeal is disposed of accordingly.

          The Stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself.
