The present complaint received through E-Dakhil. As per office report of Ahlmad, in this case notice was sent to complainant number of times, but same was received back with report un-served with the remarks that "This person is not available at this address and Insufficient Address". Notice was served to Counsel for Complainant on 14.11.2022, but none on behalf of the complainant has come present. The complaint has been called number of times since morning, but none has come present, it seems that Complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of and File be consigned to the record room.
