CC No.95 of 2021.

Rishu Versus Reliance General.

 

Present:      Complainant in person with Shri Karamchand Saini, Advocate.

                   Shri Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No.1.

                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondent No.2).

                                                                            

                   On the basis of even dated application filed by the complainant, file taken up on today. Parties have entered into compromise and according to the compromise, respondent No.1 agreed to make payment of Rs.50,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant. Complainant accepted this settlement amount.

                   In view of statement of the complainant and counsel for the respondent No.1, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the respondent No.1, the present complaint as a matter of amicable settlement, is partly accepted against the respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 is hereby ordered to make the payment of total amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) as mentioned hereinbefore, within the period of 30 days from today, to the complainant, in default of it, respondent No.1 shall be liable to pay interest @7% per annum simple to the complainant on the amount of Rs.50,000/- from the date of order till actual realization. File be consigned to records.
