On the basis of even dated application, file taken up on today. Both the parties submitted, they have entered into amicable settlement to resolve the matter. Statement of counsel for the respondent as well as counsel for the complainant recorded.
In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the respondent, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the respondent, as matter has amicably been settled between the parties, the present complaint is accepted against the respondent, holding it liable to pay amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) in lump-sum to the complainant within the period of 45 days from the date of order, in default of it, respondent shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum from the date of order till actual realization. File be consigned to records.
